The PMP (Project Management Professional) is the world’s most recognised project management certification. The PMP certification demonstrates your mastery of predictive (Waterfall), agile and hybrid project management approaches, in accordance with the PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition and the PMI’s performance domains. It is valid across all sectors: IT, construction, industry, services and public administration.

In Tunisia and across the MENA region, the PMP is systematically required in large IT, infrastructure and digital transformation project tenders. It is valued by multinationals, consulting firms and large enterprises seeking to standardise project management practices.

PMI Eligibility Requirements:

• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s): 36 months of project management experience + 35 hours of project management training
• Associate degree: 60 months of project management experience + 35 hours of training

Day 1 — Project Environment and PMBOK 7

• Evolution from PMBOK® 6th to 7th edition
• The 12 project management principles (PMI 2021)
• The 8 project performance domains
• Value delivery system and governance

Day 2 — Predictive Approach (Waterfall)

• Project initiation: charter, stakeholder identification
• Integrated planning: scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks
• Schedule management: network diagram, critical path method (CPM)
• Cost management: budgeting, earned value management (EVM)

Day 3 — Agile and Hybrid Approaches

• Agile fundamentals: Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Adaptive planning: epics, user stories, sprints, backlog
• Agile roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, development team
• Hybrid approaches: when to combine predictive and agile
• Agile value measurement: velocity, burndown charts

Day 4 — Leadership, Stakeholders and Risks

• Situational leadership and team management
• Stakeholder communication and engagement
• Conflict management and negotiation
• Risk identification, analysis and response strategies
• Procurement and contracts in projects

Day 5 — Exam Simulation and Certification

• Full exam simulation (180 questions, identical format to PMP exam)
• Results analysis and commented correction
• Final preparation tips and exam strategy
